Trick or Treat (Girls Halloween Fashion)

Girls can be beautiful and creative with their Halloween costumes, and those who are lucky enough to wear their costumes to school and/or have Halloween parties at dance class, soccer games and all of their extracuriculars (like my little girl!), they get lots of use out of their costume. It is fun to try variations on the costume for each event or party, to make the outfit festive and fitting no matter what the occasion! I also like to buy costumes a couple sizes too big, and your daughter can wear it throughout the year for dress up activities. Girls Halloween Face Paint and Makeup

If you want to add some pizazz to your little girl's Halloween costume, face paint can be a great way to go. There are lots of kids face paints available, from brands like snazaroo, which have gels, powders, glitters and more! If you aren't feeling artsy, you could also get a children's face paint temporary tattoo of sorts, such as from Fan Stamp, which are hypoallergenic and turn out perfectly every time!
I have featured some of my favorite face paint inspiration, for Fairy Costumes, Princesses, Unicorns and even an Angel!

Girls Glam-Witch Halloween Party

My favorite blog for parties and celebrations for all ages - The Party Dress - posted this super cute little girl's Halloween Party designed by AndersRuff, with a Purple + Pink + Lime along with Black and Grey color scheme rather than the traditional black and orange.

The Glam Witch costume was made for the party girl hostess by SweetThingsKids.com.

See the entire party at ThePartyDress.net which includes printables, great links to find all the details you need to throw your little girl a fabulous Glam-o-ween Party!

AndersRuff also features a party she designed on her blog with Emily Maynard, the most recent Bachelorette and mom to Ricki, this Glam Camping Style Birthday Party! The party features glam camping printables and other indoor camping party accessories, including these yummy chocolate-zig-zagged dipped green apples. These would be perfect for your Glam-Halloween party! See more here.

Disney Fairy and Princess Hairstyles

These girls' hairstyles were mostly done at Disney resort salons (Bibbidy Bobbidy Boutique; Disney Studio 365 etc), also called Princess Makeovers, but would work well to be redone for fairy and princess costumes, respectively. Some clearly have hair extensions added, which can be purchased fairly inexpensively at Target, Claires, Kohls, etc.

This cute girl below got a full 'Princess Makeover' (Tiana-inspired), including face paint, which her mom posted on disboards.com (follow link to see more).

Kids Hair and Fashion Photography

Messy buns work well on older and younger girls hair, and the undone look is definitely popular right now.
Pretty in pink dresses from 2011 bonne chance and fresh flowers in little girls hair is a beautiful look for young flower girl hair inspiration!
Side loose braids and floral headbands work well for dressing up or more casual events!
Cute pigtail messy buns and side buns for little girls going to school are featured int he 2012 bonne chance campaign.

I love this images from Russian photographers Marina Pershina featuring high fashion little girls hair and apparel from 2011 and 2012. These are great and easy looks for girls' school days!
